NEIGHBOURHOOD: Just follow one road down to the main piazza, Piazza Rossetti, replete with designer shops, book stores, restaurants, cafes, gelateria and more. The flat is approximately a ten minute walk to the historic Citta Vecchia, Old Town and a short bus ride down the hill to the beach. The bus stops just in front of the flat but there is also on street parking. A short walk behind the flat will take you Vasto's best pasticeria, as well as a variety of clothing and beach supply shops. The main shopping centre, Pianeta, is a 15 minute walk or a short drive. The train station (Vasto/San Salvo) is fifteen minute drive away or a short bus ride. This rental apartment is perfect if you want to be in a fifteen-minute circumference to all that Vasto has to offer while remaining in the affluent residential area.

LIVING AREA: The open plan living area has been carefully designed and set out. There is a comfortable sofa at one end of the lounge which lets you relax and enjoy views of the hills and valley beyond. Making good use of the long wide room, is the large wooden dining table.


KITCHEN: The kitchen is separate from with the living area and has traditional Italian style units with a stainles steel sink and gas hob and oven. There is also a full size fridge.


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom Italian queen bed with bedside tables and table lamps, a large antique armoire and a large mirrored vanity table with drawers. There is also a large window providing views of the valley and the surrounding residential area.


The second bedroom offers two single beds which may be used as is, or pushed together to create a large double bed.

BATHROOM: The newly renovated modern bath room consists of a walk-in shower.  There is also a modern stylish wash basin and large mirrored medicine cabinet above. There is a toilet and also a towel rail.

PARTICULARS: All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of cotton linen and towels for four-six guests and utilities. All kitchen textiles will also be provided such as tablecloth, napkins, tea towels and oven mitts. Additionally, the owners will provide fresh linens each week.
